LI200P1-Q17LM1-LU4X2-0.3-RS5/S97 Turck Linear Position Sensors

Turck LI200P1-Q17LM1-LU4X2-0.3-RS5/S97 is a compact contactless linear inductive positioning sensor from the Q-track Q17 series. It features a straight and right-angle mounting foot captive positioning element, housed in a polycarbonate PC-GF10 material, with dimensions of H20mm x W17mm x D231mm. The sensor has a rectangular shape and is pre-wired with a 30cm / 1ft pigtail terminated with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. It offers protection against short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity. Operating on a supply voltage of 8Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.), it can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and is rated with an IP67 degree of protection. The sensor provides a stroke length with a 22mm blind zone (a), a 9mm blind zone (b), a 1.5mm nominal distance, and a 200mm measurement span. It features 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc; 12-bit resolution), consumes 50mA of current, and has a 700Hz sampling rate. Measurement accuracy is detailed with a 12-bits resolution (equivalent to 0.049mm / 49μm linear resolution), ≤ 0.025% of full scale repeatability, ≤ +/-0.01% / K temperature drift, and ≤ 0.5% of full scale linearity deviation. The sensor also includes a visual position indicator with a green LED for multifunction and power ON status, and offers a resolution of 12-bit.
