BI3U-MT12E-AP6X-H1141 Description
Turck BI3U-MT12E-AP6X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-MT12 series, featuring an extended barrel embeddable design. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor is constructed with a PTFE-coated and chrome-plated brass housing, an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face, and an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. The sensor's shape is an M12 partially threaded extended cylindrical/barrel, offering a degree of protection rated at IP68. It has a maximum switching frequency of 3kHz / 3000Hz and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The BI3U-MT12E-AP6X-H1141 features 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 25mA. Its sensing distance is 3mm, and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The sensor operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode and has an M12 thread size.
