It features a comprehensive suite of functions including a configuration software accessible via Web GUI or Crimson, networking software that supports Firewall, RADIUS authentication, Routing, NAT, IP Fallback, and VPN Client-Server functionalities. The router is equipped for automation tasks with over 300 drivers, IIoT connectors, OPC UEA, SQL Sync, data logging, a virtual HMI, and an advanced Web Server. As part of the FlexEdge DA70A Advance IIoT gateways sub-range, it includes 3 sled slots: slot 1 for 4G cellular connectivity specific to Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, slot 2 for 2 x RS-232 connections, and slot 3 without a sled for potential expansion.
