PILZ-787582 Pilz Electrical Safety Devices

Pilz PILZ-787582 is a safety relay designed as a single-channel contact expansion module with an ON-delay de-energization timer. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 101 mm and supports rated currents for safety output contacts at 6A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 4A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A for 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. As part of the PZE X4VP sub-range, it measures 22.5mm in width, offers a degree of protection of IP40, and is constructed from PPO housing with an ABS front housing. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal) with a power consumption of 2.5 W. Its net width and depth are 22.5 mm and 121 mm, respectively. The operating mode is single-channel, featuring 4 x delayed safety outputs (4NO / 4xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load; 3s fixed time-delay) and includes 1 x digital input (24Vdc; 95mA) along with 1 x feedback loop input (SPST with 2NC contacts in series) (Y1-Y2).
