Pilz PILZ-784139 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous and delayed E-STOP monitoring, pressure sensitive mat monitoring, and features an ON-delay de-energization timer. It supports monitored manual reset and start-up testing, incorporating both AND and OR logic inputs for flexible integration into safety systems. This unit is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. It has a net height of 101 mm, a rated current of 1.5A, and utilizes plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. The PILZ-784139, part of the PNOZ e4vp sub-range, measures 22.5mm in width and 121mm in depth, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. It operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and is constructed with a PPO housing and an ABS front housing.
