Pilz PILZ-775650 is a safety relay designed for single-channel safety relay applications, including instantaneous E-STOP monitoring. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 87 mm and supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage requirement is 195.5-253Vac (230Vac nominal) under the sub-range name PNOZ 2. With dimensions of W90mm x D121mm and a net width of 90 mm, it offers an IP40 degree of protection and is constructed from PPO housing with an ABS front housing. Power consumption is rated at 5 VA. The operating mode supports single-channel operation without redundancy in the input circuit, detecting earth faults in the start and input circuit. It can be activated automatically once the input circuit is closed or manually with both the input and start circuits closed. The relay allows for an increase in the number of available contacts by connecting contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays. It includes 3 x instantaneous safety outputs (3NO / 3xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 8A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC made of 2 N.C. contacts in parallel), alongside 1 x digital input (24Vdc; 50mA), 1 x feedback input, and 1 x start input.
