PILZ-774325 Pilz Electrical Safety Devices

Pilz PILZ-774325 is a dual-channel safety relay designed for two-hand monitoring type III C applications. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 87 mm, a width of 45 mm, and a depth of 121 mm. It is rated for safety output contacts at 5A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 1.5A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 2.5A at 230Vac (AC-15). The connection type is fixed screw terminals. The supply voltage for AC is specified at 20.4-26.4Vac, with a nominal 24Vac. The PILZ-774325 belongs to the P2HZ X1 sub-range, has a degree of protection of IP40, and is constructed with a PPO housing and an ABS front housing. Its power consumption is 6 VA. It offers digital outputs including 3 x instantaneous safety outputs (3NO / 3xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 5A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC made of 2 N.C. contacts in parallel), plus 2 x instantaneous auxiliary outputs (semiconductor outputs; 24Vdc; 20mA). The protection functions include detection of shorts across contacts. It also features 2 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 45mA) and 1 x feedback loop input.
