PILZ-751185 Pilz Electrical Safety Devices

Pilz PILZ-751185 is a safety relay designed as a single-channel contact expansion module that features instantaneous contact expansion and safe separation. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This coated version has a net height of 100 mm and is designed for plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. As part of the PNOZ s7 sub-range, it measures 17.5mm in width, offers a degree of protection of IP40, and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made from PC material, with a net width of 17.5 mm and a depth of 120 mm. It consumes 2 W of power. The operating modes include single-channel for single device operation or dual-channel for contact expansion, specifically for PNOZ s4 (Emergency stop), with features like detection of shorts across contacts, monitored start, and falling edge with feedback loop monitoring. It has 4 x instantaneous safety outputs (4NO / 4xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC made of 2 N.C. contacts in series). Additionally, it includes 1 x digital input (24Vdc; 70mA).
