PILZ-751109 Pilz Electrical Safety Devices

Pilz PILZ-751109 is a safety relay designed as a single-channel contact expansion module that features instantaneous contact expansion and ensures safe separation. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This part has a net height of 100 mm, a width of 45 mm, and a depth of 120 mm, enclosed in a PC housing with an IP40 degree of protection. The rated current for safety output contacts is 12A at 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 7.5A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 6A at 230Vac (AC-15). It features plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections and belongs to the PNOZ s10 sub-range. The supply voltage requirement is 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) with a power consumption of 3W. It supports dual-channel operation with a PNOZsigma base unit via PNOZsigma connector or single-channel operation without a base unit, where 1-input circuit affects the output relays. The digital outputs include 4 x instantaneous safety outputs (4NO / 4xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC made of 2 N.C. contacts in series), alongside 1 x digital input (24Vdc; 95mA).
