PILZ-750135 Pilz Electrical Safety Devices

Pilz PILZ-750135 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring of type 2 (with or without test pulse) & type 4. It supports monitored manual reset, start-up testing, and self-test functions. This model is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. It has a net height of 98 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 4A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminals, and it accepts a supply voltage range of 40.8-264Vac (with nominal voltages of 48Vac, 110Vac, 120Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 40.8-264Vdc (with nominal voltages of 48Vdc, 110Vdc, 120Vdc, 220Vdc, 250Vdc). The PILZ-750135, part of the PNOZ s4 sub-range, measures 22.5mm in width, has an IP40 degree of protection, and consumes 2.5W of power. Its net depth is 120 mm, and the housing is made of PC material. The operating modes include options for single-channel operation without redundancy, dual-channel operation with or without detection of shorts across contacts, and various start modes (automatic, manual, monitored with falling or rising edge, and start with start-up test). It can increase the number of available instantaneous safety contacts by connecting to a PNOZsigma contact expansion module or external contactors/relays. The digital outputs include 3 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, plus 1 x auxiliary output (semiconductor output). It features 2 operating modes for protection functions and has 2 x digital inputs plus 1 x reset/start input.
