Pilz PILZ-6D000012 is a safety laser scanner designed for monitoring industrial environments. It supports up to 2 safety zones and 2 warning zones simultaneously, with the capability to configure and switch between 10 zone sets. The device can perform multiple evaluations up to 16 times, detecting a remission area ranging from 1.8 to 1000%. It operates with a pulse duration of 3ns and a typical output power of 8mW. Designed for use in temperatures ranging from 0 to +50°C, it measures 152mm in height, 102mm in width, and 112.5mm in depth, with a light spot diameter of 8mm on the front plate. Connection options include 8-pin or 12-pin M12 male connectors and a 4-pin M12 connector for Ethernet communication, supporting a 100Mbit/s speed. The scanner is housed in aluminium with a PC top and a PMMA front screen, ensuring IP65 protection. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal).
