PILZ-632224 Pilz Safety Light Curtains

Pilz PILZ-632224 is a safety light curtain designed for hand protection, capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 30mm. This robust type emitter part, belonging to the PSEN opII3H sub-range, operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +60°C. It features a net height of 1354 mm and is constructed with an aluminium housing, zinc end cap, and a PC front screen, ensuring durability. The device connects via a 5-pin M12 connector for both the emitter and receiver, and it is designed to cover a protective height of 1350mm. With an IP65 degree of protection, it is suitable for various industrial environments. The safety light curtain operates on a supply voltage of 18-28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc, and has a maximum power consumption of 1.5W for the emitter and 2.5W for the receiver without load. The resolution is set at 30mm for hand protection, and it can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C.
