Pilz PILZ-630824 is a muting unit designed for use with single-channel light guards or receivers. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and offers a compact form factor with dimensions of 50 mm in height, 66 mm in width, and 18 mm in depth. This unit features NO/NC outputs for muting sensor applications and connects via a 4-pin M12 connector. It is protected against ingress with an IP67 rating and is powered by a DC supply voltage ranging from 10 to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The housing is made from ABS material, ensuring durability. The sensing distance of the unit spans from 0 to 25 meters, accommodating a single beam with a wavelength of 640 nm. It is capable of operating in storage temperatures ranging from -20 to +70°C. Additionally, it includes 1 x digital output (semiconductor output; 100mA) with a rapid response time of 1ms / 0.001 s.
