Panasonic EX-11B is a photo-electric sensor designed with a polyethylene terephthalate housing and a polyalylate lens. It features a current consumption of 10mA / 0.01 A for both the emitter and receiver, and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor emits red light and is capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 1mm / 0.039". It includes an orange LED that lights up when the output is ON and a green LED that indicates a stable light received or stable dark condition. With a response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s and a single digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 50mA), this sensor operates in a Dark-ON mode. It has a sensing distance of 0.15m / 150mm / 5.906" and includes protection functions such as outputs short-circuit protection. This ultra-slim photo-electric sensor emitter+receiver pair features front sensing and built-in amplification. It comes pre-wired with a 2m 3-core (2-core on emitter side) 0.1mm2 flexible cabtyre cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The sensor operates at a wavelength of 680 nm.
