SP1403-HF Nidec Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)

NIDEC SP1403-HF is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed for high frequency applications up to 3000Hz max in open-loop configurations, including a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features a frame size of 1 with dimensions H15.2" x W3.93" x D8.62" (H386mm x W100mm x D219mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 380Vac-480Vac (400Vac / 415Vac). The rated current is 5A under normal duty and 4.2A under heavy-duty conditions. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and has a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1. It supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol, with a network frequency of 48-65 Hz (supply input) and 0-3000 Hz (output). The SP1403-HF includes 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and 1 x analog input (-9.8Vdc to 9.8Vdc; differential) with 16-bit, plus 2 x analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc to 9.8Vdc; single-ended; 10-bit conversion resolution) and 2 x analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc to 10Vdc; single-ended; source; 10-bit conversion resolution). It has a rated active power of 2.2kW (Normal duty) and 1.5kW (Heavy-duty), corresponding to 3HP (Normal duty) and 2HP (Heavy-duty).
