Lenze I51AE275F10V11000S is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed for variable speed and frequency control with additional features including DC-injection braking, brake management for brake control, S-ramps for smooth acceleration and deceleration, a flying restart circuit, and a PID controller. It is equipped with a built-in RFI filter, basic I.O., and conformal coating. This model does not include a communication interface. It offers protection functions against overvoltage, leakage current, earth fault, and motor overtemperature. The rated current is 16.5A for heavy-duty operations at 400Vac and 14A at 480Vac, with a supply voltage of 400Vac / 480Vac. It is designed for control cabinet or surface/wall mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of up to 45°C at a switching frequency of 2kHz or 4kHz, and up to 40°C at 8kHz or 16kHz. The degree of protection is IP20, suitable for 3-phase networks with an input frequency of 45-65 Hz and an output frequency of 0-599 Hz. It features 1 analog output, 5 digital inputs with flexible functionality, and 2 analog inputs, supporting both voltage and current signals. The rated active power is 11kW for light-duty and 7.5kW for heavy-duty operations, corresponding to 15HP and 10HP respectively, across a voltage range of 400-480Vac.
