AB9004-B Description
Anybus by HMS Networks AB9004-B is a gateway designed for protocol translation within the X-gateway series. It supports vertical or flat installation and features galvanic isolation on both BUS/Ethernet sides. The I/O configuration is manageable via a USB port using Anybus Configuration Manager software. This model includes a design with 1 x SD card slot, operates as a Modbus TCP Client and CANopen slave, and is equipped with 8 x LED indicators for status indication. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and has dimensions of H127mm x W44mm x D114mm. The housing is made from aluminium and plastic, ensuring durability and resilience. For connections, it offers 2 x RJ45 connectors for 10/100Mbit/s Modbus TCP (supporting both full and half duplex), 1 x 9-pin D-sub male connector, 1 x 2-poles 5.08mm plug-in screw connector for power, and 1 x USB connector for programming and configuration. The AB9004-B is designed for DIN rail mounting and has an IP20 NEMA 1 degree of protection, making it suitable for use in controlled environments.
