SLM120B6QPMA Description
Banner Engineering SLM120B6QPMA is a photo-electric rugged metal slot/optical fork sensor from the SLM series, designed with a potentiometer adjustment. It features a nickel-plated die-cast Zinc housing with an Acrylic lens and a Polyurethane (PUR) cable sheath. This sensor is pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm PUR cable terminated with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60 °C. The SLM120B6QPMA offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, making it suitable for various industrial environments. Its slot (U-shaped) shape has a passageway width of 120 mm and a net width of 152 mm, with a net height of 140 mm and a net depth of 12 mm. The sensor provides 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), has a sensing distance of 120mm, and boasts a quick response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes.
