PVD225QMA15 Description
Banner Engineering PVD225QMA15 is a photo-electric array sensor designed for both diffuse and retro-reflective sensing modes. It operates within an ambient air temperature of up to +50°C and features a pre-wired 6-inch (150mm) PVC cable pigtail terminated with a 5-pin M12 connector. This sensor has dimensions of 225mm in array length, 30mm in width, and 267mm in depth, housed in an aluminium frame with an acrylic clear window. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP62 NEMA 2 and requires a supply voltage of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The PVD225QMA15 has a rectangular shape and provides a sensing distance of up to 2m in retro-reflective mode and 400mm in diffuse mode. It emits light in green and red colors, with wavelengths of 525 nm and 625 nm, respectively. The operating modes include NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed), and it features 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a current consumption of 88mA / 0.088 A.
