PVD100Q-73002 Banner Pick-to-Light Sensors

Banner Engineering PVD100Q-73002 is a photo-electric array sensor designed for both diffuse and retro-reflective sensing modes. It operates within an ambient air temperature of up to +50°C and features a net height of 15 mm, a width of 30 mm, and a depth of 138 mm. The sensor is housed in aluminium with an acrylic clear window and is pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft pigtail terminated with a 5-pin M12 connector. It offers a 100mm array length and provides a sensing distance of up to 2m in retro-reflective mode and 400mm in diffuse mode. The device operates with a supply voltage range of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc, and has a degree of protection rated at IP62 NEMA 2. It features a rectangular shape and emits light in green and red colors, with wavelengths of 525 nm and 625 nm, respectively. The PVD100Q-73002 supports both NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a current consumption of 88mA / 0.088 A.
