PTL110S-L-QP150 Description
Banner Engineering PTL110S-L-QP150 is a pick-to-light device featuring scalable and versatile indicator functionality. It is designed for both surface and pipe mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +50°C. This device incorporates PICK IQ serial communication, supporting RS-485 / Modbus RTU compatibility, and is equipped with LED illumination. It comes pre-wired with two 6-inch (15cm) PVC shielded pigtails terminated with 5-pin M12 Euro-style quick disconnect (QD) connectors. The PTL110S-L-QP150 offers an IP54 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc. Its rectangular-shaped body is constructed from an ABS housing with a polycarbonate indicator and an acrylic lens. The housing is black, and the window is gray. The operating mode can be set to either momentary or latched, configurable via serial communication, and it has a current consumption of 155mA.
