Turck SDPB-0404D-0003 is a remote I/O controller within the piconet series, designed with auxiliary power for PROFIBUS-DP. This piconet stand-alone remote digital mixed input & output module features a fiberglass reinforced housing and metal connector. It offers connectivity through 8 x 3-pin M8 female connectors for I/O ports, 1 x 5-pin M12 female connector for FIELDBUS, and 2 x 4-pin M8 connectors (male + female) for voltage supply. The module operates on a supply voltage of 20-29Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and can be surface mounted. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55 °C and has an IP67 degree of protection. The SDPB-0404D-0003 supports the PROFIBUS DP communication protocol and features 4 x digital outputs (20-29Vdc / 500mA; short-circuit proof) and 4 x digital inputs (PNP / 20-29Vdc / 3ms input filter). Its dimensions are 30 mm in width, 175 mm in height, and 26.5 mm in depth, with a communication speed range of 9.6kbps to 12Mbps.
