RI360P0-QR24M0-INCRX2-H1181 Turck Encoders

Turck RI360P0-QR24M0-INCRX2-H1181 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and features incremental parametrization through a hollow shaft, making it suitable for washdown-resistant applications. This sensor is equipped with an 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy installation. As part of the Q-track QR24 series, it has dimensions of H78mm x W81mm x D24mm and offers a high degree of protection with IP68 and IP69K ratings. The supply voltage requirement is 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from ZnAlCu1 metal and a PA12-GF30 plastic housing. The sensor features a digital output (push-pull incremental output) and operates at a frequency of 1kHz with a sampling rate of 1000Hz. It includes protection functions against short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity. The default resolution is 1024ppr, adjustable up to 5000ppr. Visual position indicators include a green LED for power and a yellow LED for measuring range display. The measurement accuracy is ≤ 0.01% of full scale, with a current consumption of 100mA, and it can measure angular positions from 0° to +360°.
