Turck RI360P0-QR24M0-INCRX2-H1181/0064 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for incremental parametrization through a hollow shaft, making it suitable for washdown-resistant applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and is equipped with an 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. As part of the Q-track QR24 series, this sensor features a rectangular shape with dimensions of H78mm x W81mm x D24mm and offers a degree of protection rated at IP68 and IP69K. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc, and operates at a frequency of 1kHz with a sampling rate of 1000Hz. The sensor's housing is made from ZnAlCu1 metal and PA12-GF30 plastic, and it includes 1 digital output (push-pull incremental output) for connectivity. Protection functions include short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity protection. The default resolution is set at 64ppr, adjustable up to 5000ppr. Visual position indicators are provided by a green LED for power and a yellow LED for measuring range display. The sensor achieves a measurement accuracy of ≤ 0.01% of full scale, with a current consumption of 100mA, and is capable of measuring angular positions from 0° to +360°.
