RI360P0-QR24M0-HESG25X3-H1181 Turck Encoders

Turck RI360P0-QR24M0-HESG25X3-H1181 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and features a through hollow shaft design that is resistant to washdowns. This sensor is equipped with an 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy connection. As part of the Q-track QR24 series, it has dimensions of H78mm x W81mm x D24mm and offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP68 and IP69K. It requires a supply voltage of 15Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc, and has a rectangular shape. The sensor operates at a frequency of 5kHz, with a sampling rate of 5000Hz, and is constructed from ZnAlCu1 metal and a PA12-GF30 plastic housing. It uses the SSI communication protocol and provides one digital output (SSI output; Gray code) for data transmission. The sensor includes protection functions against short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity incidents. It offers a resolution of ≤0.006° with a 16-bit resolution and includes a visual position indicator with green, yellow, and green/red LEDs for power, measuring range, and error indication, respectively. The measurement accuracy is ≤ 0.01% of full scale, with a current consumption of 100mA, and it can measure angular positions from 0° to +360°.
