RI-64H12T1-2B36000-H1181 Description

Turck RI-64H12T1-2B36000-H1181 is an incremental rotary encoder designed for precise motion control applications. It features a through hollow shaft flange with torque stop mounting and optical sensing for accurate positioning. This encoder is equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy integration into existing systems. It belongs to the Type RI-64 series and has dimensions of H80mm x W60mm x D45mm with a 58mm casing diameter. The encoder operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +90°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP66. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc-24Vdc, and can handle a maximum pulse frequency of 600kHz, suitable for applications up to 1000rpm. The shaft is made of stainless steel, with a 12mm hollow shaft bore. It provides one digital output (push-pull; 10Vdc-30Vdc) and includes protection functions against short-circuits and magnetic fields. The encoder supports a rotational speed of up to 6000rpm, with a moment of inertia of 6 x 10-6kg.m2, and offers a high resolution of 36000 pulses per revolution. Its current consumption is 115mA with no load, and it can withstand a maximum radial load of 80 N and a maximum axial load of 40 N.
