RI-43HA7S8-2F1000-H1181/N42 Turck Encoders

Turck RI-43HA7S8-2F1000-H1181/N42 is an incremental rotary encoder designed for flange mounting with a long tether arm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +80°C and features a large-bore through hollow shaft with an isolation insert flange, utilizing optical sensing for its operations. This encoder is pre-equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. As part of the Type RI-43 series, it measures H140mm x W135mm x D174mm with a casing diameter of 100mm and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. It supports a supply voltage range of 5Vdc-30Vdc, including 6Vdc, 12Vdc, and 24Vdc options, and can handle a pulse frequency up to 300kHz. The encoder is constructed from die-cast metal housing, a stainless steel shaft, and an aluminium flange, featuring a 1-1/8" hollow shaft bore. It provides 1 x digital output (push-pull with inverting signal; 5Vdc-30Vdc), includes short-circuit protection, and can achieve a rotational speed of up to 6000rpm, with a moment of inertia less than 220x10^-6kg.m^2. The resolution is specified at 1000ppr (pulses/revolution), and the current consumption is 50mA with no load.
