RI-43HA4E2-AA1024-H1181/N42 Turck Encoders

Turck RI-43HA4E2-AA1024-H1181/N42 is an incremental rotary encoder designed for 4-1/2" C-Face tether flange mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +80°C and features a large-bore through hollow shaft with an isolation insert C-Face tether flange for optical sensing. This encoder is pre-equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and belongs to the Type RI-43 series. It has dimensions of H140mm x W135mm x D174mm with a 100mm casing diameter and offers a degree of protection of IP65. The supply voltage requirement is 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.), and it can handle a pulse frequency of up to 300kHz. Constructed from die-cast metal housing, stainless steel shaft, and aluminium flange, it features a 5/8" hollow shaft bore. Protection functions include short-circuit and reverse polarity protection. The encoder supports a maximum rotational speed of 6000rpm, with a moment of inertia of < 220x10^-6kg.m^2. It provides 1 x analog output (SinCos output; 1Vpp with inverting function; 10Vdc-30Vdc), a resolution of 1024ppr (pulses/revolution), and a current consumption of 65mA with no load.
