RI-43HA4E2-4B2048-H1181/N42 Turck Encoders

Turck RI-43HA4E2-4B2048-H1181/N42 is an incremental rotary encoder designed for 4-1/2" C-Face tether flange mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +80°C and features a large-bore through hollow shaft with an isolation insert C-Face tether flange for optical sensing. This encoder is pre-equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. As part of the Type RI-43 series, it measures H140mm x W135mm x D174mm with a 100mm casing diameter and offers an IP65 degree of protection. It requires a supply voltage of 5Vdc-30Vdc, supporting 6Vdc, 12Vdc, and 24Vdc, and can handle a pulse frequency up to 300kHz. The encoder is constructed from die-cast metal housing, a stainless steel shaft, and an aluminium flange. It uses the RS-422 communication protocol and features a 5/8" hollow shaft bore. The digital output is RS422 pulse output, TTL compatible, ranging from 5Vdc to 30Vdc. It includes short-circuit protection, supports a maximum rotational speed of 6000rpm, has a moment of inertia less than 220x10^-6kg.m^2, offers a resolution of 2048ppr (pulses/revolution), and has a current consumption of 40mA with no load.
