RI-43H25E2-4B5000-H1181/N42 Turck Encoders

Turck RI-43H25E2-4B5000-H1181/N42 is an incremental rotary encoder designed for 4-1/2" C-Face tether flange mounting. It features a large-bore through hollow shaft with an isolation insert and optical sensing for precise operation. This encoder operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +80°C and is equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. With dimensions of H140mm x W135mm x D174mm and a 100mm casing diameter, it offers an IP65 degree of protection. The supply voltage ranges from 5Vdc to 30Vdc, supporting 6Vdc, 12Vdc, and 24Vdc systems, and it can handle a maximum pulse frequency of 300kHz, equivalent to 3600rpm. Constructed from die-cast metal with a stainless steel shaft and an aluminium flange, it ensures durability. The encoder uses the RS-422 communication protocol and has a 25mm hollow shaft bore. It features 1 x digital output (RS422 pulse output; TTL compatible; 5Vdc-30Vdc), short-circuit protection, and can achieve a rotational speed of up to 6000rpm. The moment of inertia is less than 220x10^-6kg.m^2, with a resolution of 5000ppr and a current consumption of 40mA with no load.
