RI-10T10C-2B100-H1181 Description
Turck RI-10T10C-2B100-H1181 is a compact incremental rotary encoder featuring a 58mm clamping flange mounting and a solid shaft with optical sensing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +85°C and is designed for durability with a die-cast metal housing, stainless steel shaft, butyl rubber shaft seal, stainless steel disc table, and stainless steel packing ring. This encoder is pre-equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. It falls under the Type RI-10 series and has dimensions including a 2" casing diameter, 10mm shaft diameter, and 20mm shaft length. With an IP65 degree of protection, it supports a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nominal) and can handle a frequency up to 300kHz pulse frequency. The encoder offers one digital output (push-pull; 10Vdc-30Vdc) and includes protection functions against short-circuit, bearing lock, magnetic field, and reverse polarity. It can achieve a maximum rotational speed of 12000rpm, has a moment of inertia of 1.8 x 10^-6kg.m^2, and offers a resolution of 100ppr (pulses/revolution). The current consumption is 50mA with no load, and it can withstand a maximum radial load of 80 N and a maximum axial load of 40 N.
