PT7500PSIG-2005-U3-H1143/X Description

Turck PT7500PSIG-2005-U3-H1143/X is a sensor designed for instrumentation relative pressure measurement and transmission. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and is suitable for fluid mediums with temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C. This model, part of the PT2000 series, features a pressure snubber that is ATEX compliant, ensuring its suitability for explosive environments. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 9/16"-18 UNF threaded male process port (SAE-ORB) for easy installation. The sensor has an IP67 degree of protection, indicating its capability to withstand dust and water ingress. It requires a supply voltage of 7-33VDC, with 12VDC and 24VDC as nominal values. The cylindrical body of the sensor is made from 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel for both the housing and the pressure transducer, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. It can measure pressures from 0 to +7500psig and features one analog output (4-20mA) for transmitting measurements. The current consumption of the device is 23mA.

UBC10.241

UBC10.241

PULS UBC10.241 is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) control module within the U-series, featuring a built-in battery with a 50% power reserve and a green status LED. This module is housed in aluminium and utilizes spring-clamp connections for installation. It measures W123mm x H124mm x D119mm and operates on a supply voltage range of 22.5Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The rated current is 10A at 22.5Vdc and can reach up to 15A in buffer mode for less than 5 seconds at full output voltage. It supports DIN rail mounting and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +40°C. The current consumption is 1.1A at a 24Vdc input, and it is designed for DC networks. Visual position indicators include Ready, Buffering, Inhibit, and Replace Battery. Protection functions include output overvoltage protection with a typical 32Vdc and a maximum of 35Vdc, and overload/short-circuit protection with a minimum of 17.9A and a maximum of 21A at load impedance. It is advised not to use the DC-UPS in parallel to increase output power, but paralleling two units for 1+1 redundancy is possible for higher system reliability. The output voltage is regulated at 22.5Vdc in buffer mode with a 23Vdc turn-ON. The efficiency is rated at 0.978 with a 24Vdc input, and the rated power is 360W at 24Vdc and 240W/360W in buffer mode. Power dissipation/losses are 2.9W with a 24Vdc input at 0A output current and 5.5W at 10A output current. Ripple is maintained at 20mVpp across a frequency range of 20Hz to 20MHz at 50Ω. The electrical durability is rated at 137400 hours at 40°C with a 10A output and 24Vdc input, equivalent to 15 years or 131400 hours at both 40°C with a 5A output and 25°C with a 10A output.
