PS400R-503-LUUPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS400R-503-LUUPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching, belonging to the PS500 series. It features a programmable relative pressure sensor/switch with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The unit measures pressure in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous units, and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C. The sensor has a rotatable housing with a diameter of 34mm and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded male process port for connection. It offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's body and wetted parts are made of 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It can measure pressure from 0 to +400bar (0 to +5800psig) and supports IO-Link communication protocol. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. The operating mode can be programmed as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed), and it has two digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, with a set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of <=+/-0.5% FS, and repeatability of <=0.5% of the measuring range. Zero shift/span shift is <=0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA, with time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings ranging from 0 to 50.
