PS400R-501-LI2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS400R-501-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching, belonging to the PS500 series. It features a programmable relative pressure sensor/switch with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The unit measures pressure in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous units, and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C. The design includes a rotatable housing and a connection via a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector alongside a 1/4" NPT threaded female process port. It offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time ranging from 50 to 600ms. Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, with repeatability ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA.
