PS100R-503-LI2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS100R-503-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement within a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. It offers a variety of measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. This sensor operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and can measure fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. It features a rotatable housing with a diameter of 34mm and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for easy installation. Part of the PS500 series, it has an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The sensor's cylindrical body is made from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, including the wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It can handle pressures from 0 to +100bar (0 to +1450psig) and offers a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz. Communication is facilitated via IO-Link, and it can operate in either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, which are programmable. The sensor provides protection against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time ranging from 50ms to 600ms. It features 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc), which can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output. Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, with repeatability ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA, with a current consumption of 50mA, and offers time delay settings for both ON-delay and OFF-delay ranging from 0-50.
