PS100R-503-2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS100R-503-2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with a programmable relative pressure sensor. It features a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, with measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. The sensor operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and has a rotatable housing design with a diameter of 34mm. It is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port. As part of the PS500 series, it offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's cylindrical body has a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz and is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and stainless steel pressure connection. It can measure pressure from 0 to +100bar (0 to +1450psig) and supports the IO-Link communication protocol. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, with operating modes that are programmable as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time of 50 - 600ms. It features 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output), set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The control circuit rated current is 200mA, with a current consumption of 50mA, and time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings range from 0-50.
