PS100R-303-2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS100R-303-2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement within a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. It supports multiple measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous others. This sensor operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and can measure fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. It features a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for connection. Part of the PS300 series, it offers an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The sensor's housing, wetted parts, and pressure connection are made from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer. It can handle pressures from 0 to +100bar (0 to +1450psig) and features an IO-Link communication protocol. The operating mode can be programmed as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed), and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, with an analog output of 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output). Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A, with a current consumption of 50mA, and time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings range from 0-50.
