PS025V-501-2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS025V-501-2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching, belonging to the PS500 series. It features a programmable compound pressure sensor/switch with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The unit measures pressure in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous units, and operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C. The sensor has a rotatable housing with a 34mm diameter and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for connection. It offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The cylindrical body sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz and is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It can measure pressure ranges from -1 to +25bar (-14.5 to +362.5psi) and supports the IO-Link communication protocol. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and it can operate in either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, which are programmable. It features 2 digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP), short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity protection functions, and a response time of 50 - 600ms. The sensor's measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of <=+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of <=0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of <=0.15% of the measuring range per °C. It has a control circuit rated current of 200mA and a current consumption of 50mA, with time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings ranging from 0-50.
