PS01VR-303-2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS01VR-303-2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement within a range of -1 to 0 bar (-14.5 to 0 psig), featuring a programmable set point range from 1-100% and a reset point range from 0.5-99.5%. It operates with a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C, and fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. This sensor from the PS300 series has a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for connection. It offers a degree of protection of IP69K and is constructed with a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel housing, wetted parts, and pressure connection, along with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer. The sensor supports both NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) operating modes, which are programmable, and communicates via IO-Link. It features protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time ranging from 50 to 600ms. The analog output is 1 x analog (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output), with a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz. Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, response time <3ms, repeatability ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA, and it features time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings from 0-50.
