PS01VR-301-2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS01VR-301-2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement within a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. It supports multiple measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous others. This sensor operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and can measure fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. It features a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded female process port. The PS300 series sensor offers an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. Its housing and wetted parts are made of 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. The sensor can operate in either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, which are programmable, and features a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time ranging from 50 to 600ms. The analog output is 1 x analog (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output), with a set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, and repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range. Zero shift/span shift is ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The sensor's current consumption is 50mA, and it features time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings ranging from 0-50. It supports the IO-Link communication protocol.
