PS003V-303-2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS003V-303-2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching, belonging to the PS300 series. It features a programmable compound pressure sensor/switch with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The unit measures pressure in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous units, and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C. This sensor has a 34mm diameter and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for connection. It offers an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's cylindrical body is made from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, including the housing, wetted parts, and pressure connection, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer. It can measure pressure ranges from -1 to +2.5bar (-14.5 to +36psi) and fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. The PS003V-303-2UPN8X-H1141 supports IO-Link communication protocol and offers NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) operating modes, which are programmable. It has two digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP), with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The sensor's response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, with a measurement accuracy including set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of <=+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of <=0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of <=0.15% of the measuring range per °C. It consumes 50mA of current and features time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings of 0-50.
