PS001D-502T-2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS001D-502T-2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with a differential programmable feature. It operates within a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. This sensor can measure pressure in units of bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous others. It is suitable for ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C. The design includes a rotatable housing and it connects via a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded female process port. Part of the PS500 series, it offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The sensor has a cylindrical body shape and can reach up to a 180Hz maximum switching frequency. It is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It measures pressure in the range of 0 to +1bar and supports IO-Link communication protocol. The operating mode can be programmed as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed). It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The response time varies between 50 - 600ms / 0.05 - 0.6 s. It features 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output). The measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, with repeatability ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA.
