NI6U-EH6.5-AP6X-V1131 Description

Turck NI6U-EH6.5-AP6X-V1131 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a 3-pin M8 Picofast male metal connector for connection. Part of the NI...-EH6.5 series, it features a 6.5mm diameter smooth cylindrical/barrel shape (Picoprox) and offers a degree of protection rated at IP68, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor operates with a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal) and can handle a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz / 1000Hz. Constructed with a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel housing and a PA12-GF20 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face, it ensures durability and resistance to wear. The sensing distance is 6mm, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. It features one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.) and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The response time is 8ms / 0.008 s, with a control circuit rated current of 150mA / 0.15 A and a no-load current consumption of 15mA.
