NI5-K11-AN6X/S327 Description

Turck NI5-K11-AN6X/S327 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy installation. This sensor is part of the NI...-K11 series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and water resistance is required. It requires a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and features a smooth cylindrical/barrel shape with an 11mm diameter. The sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 1.5kHz / 1500Hz and is constructed from durable materials including a PBT-GF30-V0 housing, a PA12-GF30 sensing face, an EPTR end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. It provides a sensing distance of 5mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The sensor includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 50mA max.) and offers protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. Its current consumption is 15mA under no-load conditions.
