NI30U-MT30-AP6X-H1141 Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck NI30U-MT30-AP6X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. Part of the NI...-MT30 series, it features a degree of protection rated at IP68, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and is housed in a PTFE-coated brass with an LCP sensing face. It has a sensing distance of 30mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The M30 partially threaded barrel shape facilitates easy installation. It supports a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz and includes a single digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The sensor's response time is 8ms, and it has a control circuit rated current of 200mA with a no-load current consumption of 25mA.
