NI20-Q14-AD4X Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck NI20-Q14-AD4X is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft PUR cable with bare end flying leads for connection. This sensor is part of the NI...-Q14 series and features a 14mm thick rectangular body with a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. It supports a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc, and can switch at frequencies up to 150Hz. The housing and sensing face are made from glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0), and the cable jacket is made of Polyurethane (PUR). With a sensing distance of 20mm and operating in a Normally Open (NO) mode, it provides a single digital output (10-65Vdc; DC 2-wire; 100mA max.) and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity.
