NI20-M30-VP4X Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck NI20-M30-VP4X is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring precise, non-contact detection of metallic objects. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a 2m pre-wired cable with bare end flying leads for easy installation. It falls under the NI...-M30 series and features a chrome-plated brass housing in an M30 partially threaded barrel shape, ensuring durability and a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor supports a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc, and offers a sensing distance of 20mm. It is capable of operating in both NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) modes with complementary outputs, and includes a digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) with a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz. The device is protected against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity conditions, and features a quick response time of 8ms / 0.008 s, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A.
