NI20-CP40-VP4X2/S100-S10 Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck NI20-CP40-VP4X2/S100-S10 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +100°C and is equipped with a wiring chamber terminal block and a 1/2"-14 NPT entry for connections. It belongs to the NI...-CP40 series and features a rectangular body measuring H40mm x W40mm, known as Combiprox, with a terminal chamber. The sensor is protected to a degree of IP67, ensuring its operation in challenging environments. It supports a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, accommodating 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc nominal voltages. The sensor's maximum switching frequency is 150Hz, and it is constructed from PBT-GF30-V0, a glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, for both the housing and the sensing face. It offers a sensing distance of 20mm and provides both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) complementary outputs. The sensor includes one digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and features protection against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. Its response time is 8ms / 0.008 s, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A and a no-load current consumption of 15mA.
