NI10-K20-AP6X Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck NI10-K20-AP6X is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable with bare end flying leads for connection. This sensor is part of the NI...-K20 series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and moisture resistance is required. It requires a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and features a 20mm diameter smooth cylindrical/barrel shape. The sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz / 1000Hz and is constructed from PBT-GF30-V0 (glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate) for both the housing and sensing face, with an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap and a PVC cable jacket. It offers a sensing distance of 10mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The sensor includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and is protected against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity conditions. Its current consumption is 15mA under no-load conditions.
