LI50P1-Q17LM1-LU4X2/S97 Turck Linear Position Sensors

Turck LI50P1-Q17LM1-LU4X2/S97 is a compact contactless linear inductive positioning sensor from the Q-track Q17 series, designed for both straight and right-angle mounting with a captive positioning element. It features a polycarbonate PC-GF10 housing in a rectangular shape, measuring H20mm x W17mm x D88mm. This encoder is pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads and offers protection against short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity. It operates on a supply voltage of 8Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.) and can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C. With an IP67 degree of protection, it has a stroke length that includes a 22mm blind zone (a), a 16mm blind zone (b), a 1.5mm nominal distance, and a 50mm measurement span. The encoder provides 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc; 12-bit resolution), consumes 50mA current, and has a 700Hz sampling rate. Its measurement accuracy includes a 12-bits resolution (equivalent to 0.013mm / 13μm linear resolution), ≤ 0.025% of full scale repeatability, ≤ +/-0.01% / K temperature drift, and ≤ 0.5% of full scale linearity deviation. Additionally, it features a green LED for multifunctional visual position indication and another green LED to indicate power ON.
